Units’ Keys ready for hand over - Important notes prior to acquiring the key:

Departments:

1. Account department located in 32Group office on Sheikh Zayed Road. Working days and hours: 9 am till 5 pm, Sunday till Thursday. Contact: Mr.Safeer +9714 330 3332

2. Leasing department located in 32Group office on Sheikh Zayed Rd. Working days and hours: 9 am till 5 pm, Sunday till Thursday. Contact Ms. Darya +9714 330 3332

3. Key hand over department located at 32Group office on Sheikh Zayed Rd : 9 am till 4 pm, Sunday till Thursday. Contact: Ms. Darya +9714 330 3332

4. Concorde Site office: 2nd floor Concorde Towers, Jumeirah Lake Towers: 9 am till 4 pm, Sunday till Thursday. Contact: Mr. Unni +97150 457 4760

Documents required:

1. Buyers and joint buyers are kindly requested to jointly contact the account department as well as the hand over department presenting their photo ID. In case of single attendance, please provide photo ID, official and legalized power of attorney along with the letter of presentation.

2. If a third party is following up the takeover procedures on behalf of the buyer, please make sure that he/she presents a photo ID, official and legalized power of attorney along with the letter of authorization.

Procedures:

a. Arrange for due payments

b. Contact account department to apply for RELEASE LETTER. Please present your photo ID, Letter of Presentation and legalized Power of Attorney.

c. Contact leasing department in the same office if you would like to apply for rent services

d. Contact hand over department in the same office for key take over.

Unit facilities

Central dish antenna: operational

DEWA: Please take your Sales Agreement and necessary filled in forms (sample form available with Mr. Unni) to DEWA and proceed with permanent connection for water and electricity.

du connection: Our contractor is currently following up for final connection by du for availability of land line telephone and internet inside the units.
