For many years, my personal vision of the world has been reflected through the philosophy of our company. At 32Group, we think globally. This shows our desire to not just see the world as one entity but also to offer our services and values to everyone equally. This global vision is also reflected through our many fields of activities. Our motto, “Global Company, Global Vision” is therefore suitably consistent with our philosophy of work. The values that I have instilled in the company reflect those that I have passed on to my children: diligence, courage and loyalty. My two sons Amin Pishyar (vice-chairman and finance expert), Ehsan Pishyar (president and business management expert) and my daughter Mojdeh Pishyar (head of Arts and Culture) have fully assimilated these values and keep them at the core of 32Group’s operations.
