  • 32GROUP and ZO Motors North America have entered into a Memorandum of

    Understanding (MOU) that provides for 32GROUP to become the exclusive distributor for
    ZM Trucks zero emission Battery Electric and Fuel Cell Electric commercial vehicle
    products in select markets of West Asia, North Africa, and Southern Europe to become
    the top supplier of new energy vehicles in the region.
    These markets to date, have not been able to access cost-competitive and intelligent,
    zero-emission vehicle platforms that not only offer emission benefits but also reduce
    noise, improve driver comfort, and assist transport companies towards ever-increasing
    regulatory requirements.
    32GROUP as an experienced commercial vehicle manufacturer and distributor and
    will provide solutions not just on the charging infrastructure but also offer a complete range or support services both prior to- as well as after the deployment of ZM Trucks products in
    these markets.
    Parties will explore joint venture KD manufacturing to service the region.
